The final decision on whether accreditation is awarded or not is made by the Accreditation Committee.
Following inspections, the inspection report will be considered by the Accreditation Committee, which will make the decision to award or refuse accreditation, or to defer a decision pending further information. We will inform you of the Committee’s decision within 10 working days of the Accreditation Committee’s meeting and will send you a copy of the inspection report, along with an accreditation certificate if accreditation or reaccreditation has been awarded. The Accreditation Committee may, at its discretion, delegate to a sub-committee the consideration of reports.
