Curriculum

Edinburgh New Town Cookery School provides a range of cookery courses, from one-day courses to a 22-week full-time programme.  There are also cookery classes for children and teenagers, and demonstration classes.  The Principal was previously the Principal of a similar school in London and has extensive experience of teaching, demonstrating and writing about cookery.
