Does my course lead to a recognised qualification?

BAC Inspectors check that all courses offered by our accredited colleges lead either to qualifications which are themselves fully accredited or, where this is not possible, adhere to demonstrable standards, are well recognised in their subject area and are externally moderated.

What is the value of the qualification I am studying for?

The international equivalency and value of a qualification may be checked with UK NARIC, the National Recognition Information Centre.

I am unhappy with the course I am studying

In the first instance, always speak to your college and discuss your difficulties with the course.  They should be able to help you resolve your problems, or if necessary find a different course which is more suitable to your needs.

If you feel that the course you are on differs significantly from its description at the time of your application, and you find the college unable or unwilling to help, you may ask BAC to mediate, and we will attempt to help you reach a satisfactory resolution.
