UK Border Agency releases details of the Points-Based System Tier 4 for international students

The UK Border Agency today published its statement of intent for Tier 4 of the new Points-Based System for immigration, proposing strict new rules for foreign nationals seeking to study in the UK. One key move in the new regulations will be to require all private institutions of further and higher education to be accredited and to apply for a licence from the UKBA.
