The first step in the process is to complete the Application for Consulting Services form form. Please provide all relevant details as this will be used as the basis for the contract and to scope out the assignment to select and brief the consultant. Please send completed forms to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once this has been processed at head office, the Chief Inspector will complete the Scope of Provision of Services document which describes the assignment in detail, providing details of the consulting activities, the start and completion dates and the total cost of the work. The Chief Inspector will then consult the register of consultants and select the most appropriate one for the assignment. The Scope document along with the name of the assigned consultant will then be submitted to the client for approval and agreement. Once agreed this will form the contract between the client and BACEC.
