jareJ.A.R.E. Airline Training Partnership Limited (JARE ATP) can trace its roots back to 1990 when the first airline recruitment & training company was formed by the current Directors using their aviation background and expertise with the aim to make the educational training of airline and airport staff more structured and at this time the very first externally accredited programmes were written by Andrew Easton and Julie Rushton.

Now nearly 25 years later JARE ATP runs a range of externally accredited aviation programmes for over 2,000 students each year at their unique Boeing B737 Trainer & Aviation Centre at Bournemouth International Airport to offer students a hands-on experience of aviation to complement the classroom work so that a very high level of practical work can engage a wide range of students.

JARE ATP offers training to students from over 150 colleges, schools and universities as well as direct students from the UK, EU as well as partnerships with overseas educational institutions in India, China and Kuwait to utilise the unique facilities that not even UK airlines offer their new recruits.
