Gemmological Association of Great Britain (Gem-A)

The Gemmological Association of Great Britain (Gem-A) is the world’s longest established provider of gem and jewellery education. Gem-A first introduced a gemmology qualification in 1908, and today offers certificates and diplomas in gemmology and related subjects which are taught around the world. The Gem-A diploma has international recognition and graduates of Gem-A run the foremost government and private gem organisations and laboratories in China, India, Pakistan, Thailand and elsewhere in the world.

Hult International Business School

Hult International Business School was ranked the 27th best business education in the world by the Economist Intelligence Unit and is a Financial Times Top 100 business school.

Greasepaint

Greasepaint was established in 1979 by a director with a great deal of experience in the industry. The College offers courses in film, TV and theatre make-up artistry, prosthetics and hairdressing. All teaching and assessment is practical, and Greasepaint can offer work experience placements, as well as acting as an employment agency for the industry. The school trains around 70 students per year, and students have gone on to win film and TV BAFTA and Emmy Awards.

The Oxford Princeton Programme

The Oxford Princeton Programme offers commercial training courses in oil/petroleum, natural gas, LNG, LPG, power/electricity, biofuels, renewables and other aspects of today’s dynamic energy and derivatives markets including trading, hedging, risk management and the physical markets. All energy training courses are exclusively designed by expert faculty for all levels of expertise. Students may choose from live instructor-led classrooms and workshops onsite and web-based instruction.

Met Film School

The Met Film School is located in the well-known Ealing Studios. It offers a range of certificate and degree programmes validated by the University of West London and Bournemouth University, as well as evening and weekend programmes of varying length. Teaching is highly practical rather than lecture-based, and students write, produce and edit their own films as part of the learning process. Students are able to interact with industry professionals, and receive tailored careers advice.
