Application form and guidance notes 2009-10
A new application form is now available for use by institutions making their first application for accreditation. The new form has been overhauled to reflect changes in the 2009-10 Accreditation Handbook and with a view to making it clearer and easier for you to complete. To this end, we have also published guidance notes on completing each section, referred to in the form itself with alphanumeric reference codes.
If you are currently preparing your application, please discard any previous versions of the application form and work from the new form instead, which can be downloaded with its guidance notes from this website (click here).
Please remember that all applications for accreditation must be submitted with the requested supporting documentation (as outlined in the form) and a payment of £1650 (click here for details of the new payment schedule).
- 15 February 2010
Three copies of all application documents to be submitted
As from 15 February 2010, institutions applying for accreditation with the British Accreditation Council are required to provide three copies of their application form and all accompanying documentation. This should enable BAC to process applications more quickly.
